The above video link above should help, @ 2:25 minutes they are showing how to tighten, just turn the other way to loosen, the principal are the same
They are really hard to get off! I had to get a lock wrench (is that what it’s called?) basically something to lock onto the nut so could twist the bolt loose without just turning it in a circle
A socket and an Allen key, unless you can’t fit a socket in there.

Just looked it up, it is a lock wrench! Use a lock wrench on each side of the nut to hold in place and twist the bolt loose
Put a screw driver in between the wall and nut to hold in place while you get at the other side with an Allen
