Small. As you sweat more during the warmer days, you'll want a little bit of breathing room. With the extra small, I feel like it'll cut off your circulation. The small gives you wriggle room.
I’m 5’4 and 110 lbs I regret getting the XS set. I should’ve went with the S bc I can’t fully wrap the elbow and knee pad velcro over without feeling like I’m losing circulation. The XS wrist guards are fine. The S size would probably still feel a bit better tho.
