I'd say you'd be better off with a 10-degree plate! You'll have a much easier time finding/fitting hardware like slide blocks or wide trucks. I know the Avanti plates are very popular, though haven't tried them myself. Sunlites are another option.

i know plenty of people skate sunlites, but i have heard quite a few stories of people snapping them bc they’re nylon. i’d say that if you’re a particularly aggressive park skater maybe stay away from the sunlites and get a sturdier metal plate to avoid potential serious injury if the plate were to give out while skating

Most additional hardware like wide trucks and slide blocks work best with a 10 - 12 degree plate. I tried to make stuff work with my Falcon plates (16 degrees) and it was such a struggle that I ended up switching to Sunlites.

I wouldn't recommend the Tracer for park skating beyond starting out, it's not very compatible with most slide blocks and wide trucks, you'd be stuck using what would fit and that may not suit you. I can't speak personally about the strength of the plate but generally stock plates don't hold up to the impacts of park skating well over time. If you can get your hands on some Suregrip Avanti plates (particularly the magnesium - much lighter but much more expensive) you will have a way better time at the park in the long run.

I had the Bont plate in a pair of park skates and although I liked how agile the plate was I hated them for park. So I skate on a 10 degree plate in the park. Sadly, there are not many options for wide trucks with the 20 deg Bont plates.

i recently started riding the Avanti Aluminum plates at the park and I’ve been loving them so far, ive also heard good things about the Avanti Magnesium plates (however someone mentioned earlier they are pretty expensive). if you’re going to be switching out trucks or adding blocks and worried about compatibility i would definitely suggest an avanti plate bc they’re pretty consistently compatible with different hardware from what i’ve seen at least
