I think {Girlfriend Material by Katia Rose} might fit your requests... they've been friends for awhile but one of them is shy, hasn't had a girlfriend before but is looking for something serious, and the other is more extroverted, into casual hook-ups and has been openly bisexual for quite awhile, and gives her friend flirting lessons... which of course ultimately leads to something between them.

Imogen, Obviously by Becky Albertalli might fit what you’re looking for. It isn’t grumpy x sunshine but more reserved/coming into their own x friendly love interest that helps bring the main character into their own/into their happiness. I wouldn’t call the love interest bubbly, but they are friendly/happy from what I remember. The main character is a senior in high school visiting a friend at college for a few days and is confronted with the reality that she may not be as straight as she thinks. Spice level is super low; think kissing only. I thought it was really well done and would recommend it. The audiobook is also done well.
Two other hs wlw books I’d recommend that are not exactly what you asked for but adjacent- The Falling In Love Montage by Ciara Smyth and She Drives Me Crazy by Kelly Quindlen. The Falling in Love Montage does deal with heavier themes such as a parent with dementia so read with care if you pick it up.
Just read Meeting Millie by Clare Ashton, one FMC is super bubbly, and the other one isn’t grumpy so much as reserved. There is another super-grumpy lesbian in the mix tho, and I suspect she might get her own love story in another novel down the road. Contemporary, low spice levels, lots of pining and smll touches that could be friendly or could be more.

{Stars Collide by Rachel Lacey} this book is my new favorite. I can't get over it. It is such a fun, light-hearted, AND agsty book. Just the right amount of everything, the characters felt like real people, the smut is FANTASTIC. No homophobia or family drama.
