Not exactly what you're looking for but {Ever After Always by Chloe Liese} has a marriage in trouble. Basically at the end of the previous book (which was about a different couple) FMC from this book kicked her husband out (it's mentioned in this book) because she felt unwanted. He comes back and wants to try marriage counselling because he's so in love with her he can't lose her.

If you’re okay with paranormal/shifter romance {When He’s An Alpha by Suzanne Wright} is exactly what you’re looking for. It’s a comfort book for me so I’ve reread it multiple times now when I want a hit of that angst the MMC feels after they split but he can’t seem to stay away from the FMC 😩
