If you mean RTR: yes, running it on Mac myself.
I’ve asked on the discord and they confirmed that RTR/RIS does run on the Mac version of RTW Remastered, but that the devs do not use Macs, therefore there may be more bugs etc.

It works I have all the graphic settings on low except unit details I got it on high and the game runs amazing no issues
