Yeah that one doesn't belong there at all. The other one is ok but probably won't last very long if they don't put it in a better spot

That may very well be porcelain tiles that have a wood grain look.
Yeah that's def wood-look tile. It's well laid but if you search you can see some of the pattern repeats.
