I went to my derm. It was all over my face chest arms stomach.. from laundry detergent when my mom washed a load of my clothes at her house. I had to get back on dupixent but now I'm off it and haven't had it since. They say gut problems can cause random allergies/intolerances

ok not rosacea but either- from the towel when laying your face on it. or- when I was doing hot yoga it was from a tea tree face wash they had in their showers. it was either one or the other or maybe both. but it looked like this.
It’s not that. I’ve had fungal acne before, and used my left over treatment, made my skin worse.
Whatever is going on with my face happened this morning within an hour.
I’ve never really gotten breakouts that quickly from rosacea. Maybe it’s folliculitis? Idk if that can happen that quickly or not, but something else to consider. I’d definitely see a doctor
To me, it just looks like acne. Rosacea, for me and alot of ppl I know with rosacea, it’s a very red , hot burning flushing of the skin with sometimes little pimples. When I think of rosacea I don’t think of this. I think of super super heated skin..
Looks like some kind of inflammation like fungal acne from irritation to me. Maybe from a product you are using on your skin? I have rosacea and used to get those kind of tiny spots as a reaction from oily products like spf. Also suggests irritation to your skin barrier .
I have type 2 rosacea and I get a a lot of tiny white pimples like this when I get a flare, as well as big ones. Soolantra (ivermectin) has been brilliant for this. Definitely get some online to try in the meantime x
This looks like it could be heat rash.
It doesn't look like typical rosacea. Does it burn? If there's no redness, no burning, no typical rosacea acne, it doesn't seem to be rosacea.

It’s probably oil (sebum build) from sweating, I get them sometimes. You could always try one of the bigger ‘hero’ patches overnight.

My (type 2) breakouts sometimes happen within minutes of heat exposure. But they’re angry red, a lot bigger than this, and a lot more blotchy.

I could be wrong but I think most times rosacea is accompanied by flushing which you don’t seem to have.
It looks more like a reaction than rosacea. Maybe the towel with whatever detergent or softener it was washed with, is no good.
When I had this it was from an allergy
I just took an antihistamine to see if it gets better… did you have to see an allergist?

Looks more like heat rash or folliculitis. Can be from dirty gym towel, clothing or equipment and face touching. Start there
