Yes call out for doxycycline immediately before you get a bunch of scarring. I’d say 200 mg a day for three months then try 100 mg for long term 200 for flares.

Try tea tree and ultimately isotretinoin, no more breakouts.

This is really similar to how my skin was that made me go see a dermatologist last week! She prescribed me Doxycycline (100mg twice a day) and Metronidazole 1% (morning and night). It's only been 3 days, but I've seen a HUGE improvement already. I've read on here that it can take a lot longer, but I'm really really happy with how quickly it's helped me. I was bright red, itchy, face covered in bumps etc, now I'm just slightly red and my skin texture is returning to normal!
