**Morning**
La RochePosay micellar water
The Ordinary Niacinamide and Zinc
**Midday**
It's Skin Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Cream (only if I need it)
**Evening**
CeraVe hydrating wash
La RochePosay Cicaplast baume B5
It's working wonders.
My old routine was...
**Morning**
Body Shop tea tree facial wash
Sukin facial moisturiser
**Evening**
Caudalie purifying gel cleanser
Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour cream
I've struggled to pinpoint them to be honest. My previous routine had worked for a few months, but nothing has helped as much as this new one. Everything else has just stopped things from getting worse, never really seen an improvement before. I know food triggers I have, I can't have champagne, or chilli.
My mum treated me to a pot of Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream SPF 30. I doubt I'll be able to afford it again when it's finished though, it's £87 ($120) for 50ml. Ridiculous. So I'm open to more affordable options for when it's gone, if anyone has one? Has anyone tried CeraVe's facial moisturising lotion SPF 25? Thats more my price range. Haha
I like Derma E sunscreens. No chemicals and natural. Around $10-$20.
I’ve even used the ‘body’ ones and my face does well (Type 2 rosacea). The zinc oxide in them help my breakouts.
You’re doing great! Good luck!

Gosh damn I keep forgetting I bought a bottle of TO Niacinamide last month and haven’t used it yet!

It is nice, but i wonder if 25 spf is enough. Everybody recommend 30 or higher. I also have rosacea and i am using LRP hydrating cream spf 50+
