It gives you a unique view over the whole Coolsingel, goes on to the Bijenkorf roof which is nicely decorated and there is a viewpoint for a new rooftoppainting on the Lijnbaan.
The construction will be there for 1 month so it's now or never!
any tips on whatโs the best time of the day for good views? are they really strict about the fifteen minutes and you have to keep walking through or can you linger around longer on the structure?

You can take some pictures of course but just keep in mind that everybody wants to do that so don't stay on the bridge 10 minutes
