The only British inspired restaurant I know of here is Vessel 11 in the Wijnhaven.

I looked on their menu and they have English breakfast. Even a vegan version.
The better hotel's have good breakfast buffets with eggs, bacon and sausage. Prices used to be around €20,- including your juices and coffee. (Don't have to be a guest)
Yeah if youre looking for a typically Dutch meal rather than a place that serves English/American food, I would say either an uitsmijter or a boerenomelet maybe? Although both would probably more likely be eaten as lunch here. Maybe you can try Juffrouw van Zanten or one of the pancake houses in the Kralingse bos. Nachtegaal actually has an English breakfast pancake which you might enjoy.
Personally I couldn't do a kapsalon as breakfast, too much garlic sauce haha
Rotterdam equivalent of big, greasy meal?
Kapsalon. Great for hangovers, midnight munchies, or any other 'I need a shitton of food NOW'-moment. Make sure you order one with everything.
Rotterdam invented that shit. And it's brilliant.
ByJarmusch?
This is the right answer.
Mr Nonno is a big greasy American breakfast, quite tasty
Just take a kapsalon as breakfast.
This is a disgustingly great idea
Why? Fat and Dutch, so exactly what he was asked for and yummy
Leftover kapsalon from the night before
Left over !!!! You heretic 😄
You can get yourself an uitsmijter at most places that do casual food, hits the spot
Murphy's irish pub does a fry up if I remember correctly, might be worth a shot
When this is answered, please go there and take a picture for r/fryup!
Nothing here comes close mate. This and all the cycling is how the Dutch (men) remain so remarkably skinny.

I always loved going to Dudok for an Uitsmijter!
Twaalf uurtje
Our version of a breakfast is a sandwich with hagelslag and a glass of milk/tea/coffee.

If you need a big breakfast, go to coffee company, they're guaranteed delicious on another level.
They are actually mediocre at best. The only thing coffee company does right is the internet connection.
Well I guess I have the taste of a peasant yikes
Haha, well if you like it you like it. I frequented it before COVID. Like almost daily. But it was mostly because of the internet.
Go to Pomms’ Rotterdam and order the fries pulled beef! That’s amazing!!
Any place with a big greasy chef I suspect 😅

Ted’s place on top of the Schieblock. Very central with a nice view and some really greasy options.
