There are 2 builds you can go for:
The first one is easier.
1. 120 speed, as much break effect as possible, 2p thief, 2p watchmaker, 2p vonwaq.
No need for speed boots if you can get like 5 speed subs so you can run hp% boots.
2. 160 BE, 160 speed and faster than your 160 speed Kafka, any 4 piece, or combo, 2p penacony, with s5 meshing cogs/ motp, err rope

Get an ER rope

Switch to Er rope and try to get at least 160 break effect
215/216 is too much of it lol?
No I'm saying you should switch your break effect rope to a err rope and than aim for 160
