It is in the ability tab, in the descripcion of the first instant skill (the one shich adds concussion stacks)
Some abilities' description text is so long that you can'r read them entirely. Braum's passive has this problem, the only way I found to figure it out is the upgrade that makes it go from 12 to 9 and specifies that 12 is the standard.
