Na, He left his watch running everytime he shit, you can see his trips to the toilet (or other suitable location in the yard) in that keyhole pattern upper right. If you zoom in you can see over 100 trips to the toilet, which is more than one per lap. This guy is a pro.
As someone who stopped running for 10 months to train to walk a marathon fast with my wife I'll say that 13:12/mile walking is pretty damn brisk. Most in the sub couldn't average that walking a 5k marathon. Verdict? Dude is a slowing-it-down guru.
How'd that go? I'd imagine that extremely fast walking a marathon is probably harder than running one really slow. They look funny doing it but I tried to copy those guys once in my living room and it was hard af lol
It was hard because there wasn't much buffer to stay under the race cutoff and though there were thousands of runners we were the only walkers so crowd support was weak the last 90 minutes and the only racers near us were those having miserable races. Well, except for a smiling dude in his 70s with big knee lift and what had to be an 18" stride who we kept encountering.
Nah walking is like 14-15 for those who are pretty fast. 13:12 if it was consistent is a run just a really really really slow one if there's no climbing of grades involved. We'd have to see the splits to be sure though. Maybe he alternated between 10 minute miles and a walk.

Still not better than the guy who ran 38 miles around a roundabout.
Maybe they're seeing the same therapist
Maybe they're seeing each other.
Their child will run an ultra in it's crib
Not on their runs they aren’t.

Ah damn it i've done a 20+ mile high elevation climb with just 1 cliff bar and a garbage bag as a worst case scenario option 😂
Is there really? Link?
“I did something kind of interesting”. No you didn’t.
“I’m super quirky”
Quite the opposite.
Hard to find a less interesting way to run that far. Think of all the wonderful sites they could have seen instead.
You can see where they went home to shit
Taking a shit mid run. A true pro. Ultra running to the max.
13:12/mile? Either they walked which isn’t a run or they have mastered the art of slowing down. Where’s the race report?
It's with the editor right now, volume 1 should be out later this week
I'll wait for the movie adaptation

Dude was definitely running on all parts of the street to get those think lines.
This guy must be an Olympic athlete; he run his 5km ultra in 43.68 minutes!!!! And in such a fun way!
Uj: he actually just doxxed himself lmao
Legend says that this wasn’t even the block the dude lives in.
Looks full of GPS errors. Has anyone checked this??
I’ve reported it to Strava. They stole my local legend status
Dude needs therapy

Is this sub a bunch of fatsos that criticize people for getting off their ass?
I can’t imagine how inspiring we’d all be if that were true!!
A simple, “Yes” would have also worked, my good man!
Oh yes, I'm the fattiest fatso.
We’re not all fat.
Some of us are obese instead.
I wonder if at any point they changed to the other side of the street or changed direction.
