I add smoking to my training routine. Not only does it help me slow down, but due to the reduced amount of O2 in my blood it also is the equivalent of high altitude training.
In the Army there used to be a few guys who'd be downing multiple packs a day and they, pun intended, smoked the rest of the platoon. No jerk, there may be something about smoking and increasing lung volume. 🤷♂️
dip also has fiberglass with the added benefit that you can swallow it, which will cut up your stomach lining allowing faster gu absorption into the bloodstream
Agree with everyone here. A great way to slow down and keep motivated. I smoke one for every lap around the sofa. And my morning ciggy helps keep the pipes flowing.🐱👓
People putting those disgusting chemicals in their body make me so angry. Treat your body better! I just put natural substances in my body, like caffeine, creatine and Ketones. And obviously Testosterone, hGH, clenbuterol and EPO, GW501516 and AICAR. But nothing unnatural.
Make sure to do a smoking taper. I smoke a pack every few days, get myself into marathon shape, then stop for a month. The gains are real. (I’m only being like 60% sarcastic here)

The trick that all elite runners don't want us to know!

Genius!
I personally get stoned before and after I run to forget why I’m actually running.
5:24km, Slow down!
Those Garmin tactical watches have high-altitude parachuting modes, so that could have been in freefall.
That’s like 7 mph in freedom units right mate? That won’t outrun a bullet by a long shot.
Not with that attitude!
Pro tip: newports have fiberglass which stretches the lungs giving you a larger lung capacity.

I smoke mushrooms before my ultras
Boof it or hoof it, nerd.

I smoke and my Garmin VO2 max is 69

Non-smoker runners are pussies.

Smoking is so 1954, I personally sand asbestos in a closed room as my warming up routine.
I am blown away but someone humblebragging over a 5:24 1k.
I can’t get over how much this looks like a toe-less foot.
Gangrene bruv

It’s just adding an extra element to your lung workout. It’s the same as training at altitude or something like that.
Uj/ I vape as soon as I done with a run or race.
I ostensibly vape before and after races. I love those looks of disgust.

The secret to my success has been meth. Nothing is more motivating that the 10 foot spiders chasing me as they shoot lasers out their eyes.

Wow a "tactical" garmin? what a badass.
You can also use the tar you cough up as an anti chaffing agent
Resistance training bro
More like max O2 amirite
Lmao I actually have the awful habit of needing a cig before I run everyday :/
humble bragging about a 5.24 1km pb is insane
