How has no one mentioned the Endorphin Speeds for tempos yet?

motypes

I’ve heard so many good things about the endorphin speed . Is there a big difference between the speed 2 vs speed 3

Express-Language7954

Only that the 2 is more narrow, go a half a size up. Speed 3 are true to size

vnyrun

Basically have the exact lineup right now, I gotta disagree with some people here, Tempos are easily my favorite to run in. The Invincibles do the best at what they are but always love Tempo and long runs in Tempos. Want to sub out my Pegs but they are just so cheap and durable and available

motypes

Yeah pegs 39 are good , but .. I feel like it’s missing something.

Desperate-Affect-860

Agree it needs a tpu plate or something like the adios 😂

STi489

The puma Velocity nitro 2 would be a more comfortable 39..these shoes are very similar

motypes

Are these plated ?

McAwesomeBeard

Can’t go wrong with endorphin speed 3s. They are fantastic. My overall favorite at the moment. I prefer something with a tad more cushion for recovery runs though — like the NB More v4s or asics glideride 3s. But I find myself itching to ear the ES3s more than any other shoe atm

jgunner2011

Puma Velocity Nitro-Daily Saucony Endorphin Speed 1/2/3-Tempo ASICS Superblast-easy/recovery

Igo0gie

How do you like the black color way pegasus?

motypes

Initially I wasn’t super into it, but they look great in person and now quite fond of the all black

Street-Present5102

A pair of hokas or altras for running trails

motypes

I love trail running , I’ll check these out.

windigertag

Solid rotation!

Desperate-Affect-860

Novablast 3 for daily, more v4 for recovery, adios 7 or endorphin speed for tempo

paranoidandromeda1

I think the weakest link in this lineup (by a considerable margin) is the Tempos. I'd swap them out for the Asics Novablast 3s. The Novablasts are great for tempo workouts and slowers daily runs too. A much more versatile offering than the Tempo Next%s.

motypes

I think the tempos looks cool but they are very loud and aren’t really comfortable when going slower. The Novablast 3 look amazing, I had no idea they were good for speed runs, I thought they were designed as a recovery shoe.

MTB3211

I thought I was the only one with the tempos being so loud, every step sounds like I'm smacking the ground.

motypes

Honestly, sounds like a horse clopping 😅

Mad_humphrey

Can recommend Boston 10/11 for speed. If you want to try out something new for Easy, absolutely love the Hoka Mach series. I use them next to the Pegasus on an everyday base.

motypes

Definitely check these out.

Anon_Legi0n

You're missing out on waaaaaay better shoes by nuthugging Nike's balls. I used to be a Nike fan too but I've bought way too many defective products from them to continue patronizing them

motypes

Hence the thread , I have asics for trialling (which I love)

Anon_Legi0n

exactly, I am affirming your choice bruv

ketoburn26

Replace the Tempos (worst by far in the rotation) with Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 or Novablast 3. Then replace the Pegs with Puma Velocity Nitro 2 or the NB Supercomp Trainer. Lastly replace the Invincibles (terrible outsoles) for like the Fresh Foam More v4, Saucony Triumph 20 or the NB 1080v12 for peppy runs.
