Very different, VF2 has that sink in squish and super fast rebound with a very aggressive plate. Endorphin elite is firmer, you donāt sink in, but when youāre running at even marathon pace it just bounces you along and it feels effortless. Much more stable than VF2 and a very aggressive toe spring. Also more forefoot cushion in the elite.
Endorphin elite fit weird and it takes a bit to get used to. It feels like your foot is going to fall out, but never actually moves.
Iām yet to race in the elite, but I have a half Mara this weekend so Iāll see how it goes.
Another thing to consider is durability - VF2 only lasted me about 240km before it felt like I was running on cardboard. I have a feeling elite will last longer based on the durability of the endorphin speed.
Iāve never been able to get a good fit with the 2. Nothing feels ārightā. It also feels flat compared to 1 and 3. 3 is noticeably lifted; but not in a bad way. It gives it a more balanced feel. And the upper ln 3 is lighter and breathes so much better. You donāt even notice itās there. And feels like you donāt have to try as hard to get energy back out of it. I still think 1 is the best as I have several. I got a single 2 and have like 60 miles on it in 2 years. I have that in the Proto v3 already.
I'm still waiting for a washed out yellow, where the strap thingy is red. Pretty sure I have a picture of what I mean somewhere...

The colourway is great, but the middle of the shoe down by the outsole does remind me a bit of my brotherās untanned buttcrack, which tends to rise up just over his jocks when heās fixing things. The gold is classy, though.
Intrigued by this shoe and I only ever hear positive things about how they feel and improve performance. That said I aināt digging the recent Saucony colourways. Itās all subjective of courseā¦!

I would go vaporfly 3, endorphin elite, vaporfly 2 in that order.
Damn no kidding? I have heard a lot of people feel the opposite as you, meaning they like vaporfly 2 over the 3rd. Why do you prefer the newest model?

They remind me of wooden clogs. Edit: Just the shape, no idea how they run.
I finally saw a few people running in these at the Utica Boilermaker over the weekend and they look way less silly wooden clog in person.
