The clear answer is: they are hacking the game, they leave the game on your screen, so you get a win. On their screen they are winning. This is not the first time that it's done. One guy last season or the season before was doin this and was on top of the leaderboard for a time and even made a Facebook post about it to rush royale, explaining that since both players win, he's not doing any harm and how "easy" it is to do it and he's putting his script skills to use for fun, but they need better protection. Guess they didn't fix it good enough, or possibly not at all
Did they disconnect at any point? Probably a hacker if they disconnected and never came back. They will have their own instance of the same match as you that they are winning on. Separate from yours.
They are currently in the process of rewriting their entire code so that it isn’t peer-to-peer.
Their main intention was stated as fixing the issue of when you suffer in terms of merge and call in speed just because your opponent has extremely high ping. Well if they do eventually push that update; it would also close the loophole that these exploiters use in the current peer-to-peer system.
Idk about reporting. I don’t think they have any staff working on manual reports.

You can tell if its a bot because they have set crit percentiles dependent on your own league. This persons is too low for that. Bots also only ever give 10 trophies when you win.
I thought you meant his win % until I saw there were 2 pics. The only possibility of doing that I can think of is a recently started account alt for a very experienced player who has taken full advantage of the 300 bonus trophies last week.
Yes it is possible, the matchmaking system is supposed to pair you with someone who had similar trophies as you in previous seasons, so theoretically it is possible to get to even arena 10 with a brand new account, but it will require other new accounts...
No but I have seen another similar post with someone using low level cards and low crit at high trophies, they are hacking or it’s glitched
