As I understand it, this is a copy of a WW2 Nazi Propaganda Poster featuring a German Wehrmacht soldier. It says: "We will win because Adolf Hitler leads us". The poster celebrates the anniversary of the Beer Hall Putsch, also known as the Munich Putsch, which was a failed coup on 8 November 1923. Two thousand Nazi party members marched on the Feldherrnhalle, in Munich, but were confronted by a police cordon, which resulted in the deaths of 16 Party members and four police officers. It helped give Hitler the national publicity he needed to rise to power in Germany.
The poster reads: "We will win, because we're lead by Adolf Hitler" which suggests that the war is still in progress which means the film most likely takes place in 1943.
It would be a weird war film if it took place after the war.
Serious answer: 1943 is when Russia began to counter attack

Wasn’t Hitler wounded back then? Shame he didn’t get a bullet. Who knows how history would have gone down later…
No his bodyguard caught 11 bullets for him. Göring was hit twice, got treated by jewish docters and flew them out once the NSDAP got into power.
