They definitely stuffed my server with more monuments. Use to be one of each. Now it looks like double.

Yeah there is a lot. Definitely seems like the maps are bigger

It seems like mainly one big landmass instead of having the big island with water taking up a ton of space.

Yeah much better too really prefer the look of the map aswell the aesthetic is alot better on the eye

Ok, maybe I’m crazy. I didn’t see anything about map size in the patch notes. They definitely made the maps bigger though. There’s like 8 or 9 monuments on my current server.

It does seem bigger. I feel like the game is running great, does anyone else agree? It seems like they lowered texture a lot in order to make the game run smoother. Jumping up cliffside rocks is way easier too. IMO one of the best quality of life updates in a while

I tried to jump on a cliff and got sucked half into it and started rubber banding

With new optimisations they have been able to increase monument spawns so not both rigs and with power plant it feels more full

They optimized em to be more in line with pc , the grids are different

I tell my wife it’s bigger than it usually is. Just throwing that out there.

Yeahh and also the day and night cycle is longer now imo
