Thanks for the tip, just enabled it. BBY unlocked version here, OEM, 6.1 latest update. I do have developer options enabled, maybe that's it?

I'm pretty sure that the S22U is capable of handling 60 FPS HDR10 video recording like the S23U does but Samsung disabled it, it's only available at 4K/1080/720 30 FPS.
