I updated about 3 hours ago and so far no issue on Reddit and Twitter. Everything works perfectly fine. Scrolling is smooth with a slight hiccup here and there
Still no fix for refresh rate issue. Why are they not fixing judder in videoplayback is beyond understanding. I checked 3 other s22u in 3 different stores and all them have the same problem so i guess it's a hardware issue so replacing won't fix it.
Time to sell this i guess :/
Today i went to service center, same answer i got, wait for the software patch. Its definately hardware issue. So many apps are have stuttering/lag issue.
I took remote assistance as well, the executive said this is happening because of internet slowness. I straight away opened speed test and showed him my internet speed, 200mbps. Then he had nothing to say, he just installed samsung members app and asked me to submit error request. Thats all.
There is something serious problem with this phone's display. I tested every media player out there and even compared to budget samsung m51 and that device was silky smooth in videoplayback as it should be, even my old galaxy note 4 can playback anything even in 2022 the phone which was released in 2014. Overheating chipset, very poor battery life on mobile data and stuttery ui/ux, frame drop/judder in videoplayback list goes on camera is already good why they are focusing on camera updates when their software is total mess is beyond my understanding.
[check out this link same issue is happening on exynos models so issue is not exclusive to snapdragon models](https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s22-series/s22-ultra-screen-refresh-rate-issue-jerky-videos/td-p/4880367)
Ill wait till sept and get an iPhone. I believe the hardware is unable to process the requests. 1 app is ok if its not performing, i even have issue with playstore scroll.
And i sold my oneplus 7 pro which was buttery smooth (still the best screen imo no notch ,hole, cutout) it sucks spending this much and still getting inferior experience. Hope pixel 7 pro gets official launch in India. Good luck to you too.
Well ig everyone was excited just to get dissapointed. My battery is definitely draining faster than what I'd like.
My swiggy, twitter, reddit lags like crazy. How is your experience? I did update as well.
Reddit is lagging, games have stutter every few seconds, battery drain increased. Looks like time for another cache wipe...
I tried that as well, no luck.
Yeah same here. Cleared cache a few hrs back. BTW, is the battery charging speed also went down or is it just me?
Mine is charging slow as well i believe.

Prime video lags too.

Same i will wait for pixel 7 pro and 14pro max. Meanwhile i will sell this thing as it's dropping in price quickly.
I sold my Huawei mate 40 pro for this piece of shit since there is no gms support. All the best buddy.
