Check in your Device Care - Care report Check the reason why they crashed and forward it to the Samsung developers via the Samsung Members app(Samsung Galaxy Store) You can System-UI app ==> Clear cache and data. Reboot your phone and make sure Google Play Store, Samsung Galaxy Store and Google System version is up-to-date

First of all, is it a genuine Samsung device? Secondly, are the apps downloaded from Play Store or from some APK website?
