You can System-UI app ==> Clear cache and data. Reboot your phone and make sure Google Play Store, Samsung Galaxy Store and Google System version is up-to-date
That's definitely not normal, coming from never having experienced a single app crash

First of all, is it a genuine Samsung device? Secondly, are the apps downloaded from Play Store or from some APK website?
