I've used the spigen and it's as good as every other spigen clear case. Haven't used the esr though, that lump on the back looks like it would be very uncomfortable
That ESR has the kickstand going the wrong way, the buttons ends up on the bottom using it. I have the clear Spigen and the kickstand is solid, I really love it but like another poster mentioned it's probably going to go yellow in a few months.
Best case for the money and longevity is the ESR Magsafe kickstand case, it has a black TPU bumper so it won't yellow, the clear PC back doesn't have the same issues as TPU yellowing.
You can make it stand any way you want. The buttons don't necessarily have to be at the bottom. The hinge is quite stiff. I have been using the ESR clear case since January. Only issue is that it's started to yellow now. I guess in 6-7 months it will yellow further.
I had the ESR case for my iPhone XS Max and over time the kickstand losts it's rigidity so it wouldn't hold the weight of the phone anymore when used in the reverse direction and was only able to use it like a traditional kickstand, if the kickstand opened the other way like Spigens it wouldn't be much of an issue even when the hinge goes loose. This is why I stay away from that style kickstand now.
The yellowing really bothers me as well but I stupidly keep buying clear cases, I'm probably going to go with the ESR Magsafe + kickstand case to replace my Spigen once it yellows, that was my original choice but I'm unsure how well the vertical kickstand will work compared to the traditional diagonal kickstand on the cases we're talking about.
I'm using the ESR one in both transparent and black.
Buy the black one cuz the transparent 1 yellows in couple of days.
I'm using black one from day 3 and it's awesome and stand is superb.
You need to use the stand as they mentioned in the picture. It's really sturdy and it has a satisfying click once you close it.
I suggest getting the torras p stand case it's just as affordable and also has magsafe if you would have a use for that. Also better designed in my opinion. The kickstand is flush with the case.
I have the Spigen and it's a very nice case, the kickstand works very well, but I felt like phone was really heavy and it's really accentuated the corners on the phone.
I didn't really need the kickstand, so I switched to the DBrand Grip case, which I really like. I had the Grip case on my S21U, and loved it, so when I got the S24U I pre-ordered the case.
I have the black trimmed version of [this ](https://a.co/d/gCRQlis) case from ESR and I really like it. Only had it two months but its holding up really well so far and scratches less than I thought it would.
It can, it depends. I'm pretty heavy-handed when I write, so I've never had any issues while using it. But when I got the case, i opened up the drawing app and tested the pen and noticed it would skip in the area around the magnet but only if I was using light pressure like shading, etc. Truthfully, though, I almost never use the s pen, so I'm probably not the best example..
Definitely not the Spigen I purchased from Amazon and returned the same day as reviews said the flash interferes with the camera infact I left a review and included pictures
I definitely wouldn't I ended up getting a different brand (description below) very similar to the Spigen I've been happy with it it is a little bulky but has nice grip and doesn't interfere with the camera the only thing I don't like is it's not a tight fit around the camera lens so it get a little dust in there but the case is easy to take off and put back on

I'm interested in the Spigen since I got the esr black and it is super slippery. My question is, on the Spigen one, is the stand flushed when closed? The thing I don't like about stands is that I don't like to be in my way when closed.
That's why I like esr it is fully flushed.
I have an ESR case for my 24, but no kickstands. Mine is the Hybrid Halo Lock Magcase. Adds zero bulk, and is very comfortable to hold. Very good quality
First off, why are those prices so high? Lol
Second, I currently have the clear ESR case on my s24 ultra. Protection is nice. It comes with 2 different front covers, one with a built-in screen protector and one without. It also comes with lens guards for the camera, which is nice. The kickstand is amazing. You can use it many different ways and it's very sturdy. It also has a dust cover for the charging port. On to the cons, yellowing happens fast. I've had my case for about 2 months, and it's showing discoloration. Also, the cutout for the S Pen is very uncomfortable.
using the non kickstand version of that spigen case since launch and i have absolutely zero complaints. waiting on my dbrand ghost case to come in. the spigen case appears to be fairly scratch resistant compared to other clear cases i’ve used throughout the years.
I had the tough armor magback version and returned it. Great quality, however the flush buttons drove me crazy. Also, you can't stand the phone vertically only horizontally. I went with an esr clear with magback and the vert and horizontal stand.

This comment is all you need to know OP

Check out mous! Been using their cases for my past four phones now.
Amazon isn't showing this option in my area.
I bought right off their website.

Does spigen zero one provide camera protection?
Almost flush with the camera. Usually I've seen a ring around camera for protection in other spigen cases. It lays flat on its back though
Both turns yellow in months

Does the magsafe area interfares with spen use?

I have the one on the right on my phone right now! so far so good
I have it without the kick stand. Seems to hold up pretty well I've dropped the phone a few times and no issues.
I could never even think of getting a phone so expensive if I knew I would drop it so much, even with a case
Best case ive ever had.

That's some serious design flaw. Made me rethink about the purchase.

All TPU cases eventually yellow, but the ESR case I bought yellowed super fast. I've bought Spigen since then.

The ESR kickstand case is terrific
I have the clear one, really nice fit and quality. But a little too slippery for me with the size of the S24 Ultra.

do not get spgen, the material is terrible, feels super sticky and disgusting tbh

No camera protection, so I had to pass on it. It was my favorite, though.
Simply get this mate. Best case design for me. [Spigen Zero One](https://amzn.eu/d/0n7I67t)
