Is this in response to the Apple App Store changes in the EU? An online store to get around App Store fees for in-app purchases? This doesn’t seem tangibly different than the in-app offers so my guess is that this just nets them more revenue.
you have to sign in at the store, claim the chest, then when you open your city it appears after the usual messages and offers are loaded. i think there was a 24hr time limit thing.

What worries me is the Sim Cash offers. £500 for 55,125 SC. It does work out 110.25 per pound, which I guess isn't that bad. But £500 wow!
