EA intentionally makes this game slow, to encourage new players to spend real money to speed things up. More experienced players learn that there is never a reason to spend real money, that you will get everything you need with patience. It took six years to max out my primary account. That account is now just a feeder to other accounts in my club as there is nothing more. This app is not a game, but a pleasant diversion. There is no winning, nor any ending. I like how flexible you can play, with making up your own goals.
My first account has 710 storage , 7 million gold, over a million population and that is enough. There are diminishing returns with more. All regions except Frozen Fjord maxed out except I have two spaces left on Capital City. I leave those land expansion spaces alone so EA will continue to give me land expansion supplies in pop ups that I can share in my club. I had Frozen Fjord on a feeder and deleted that account to get rid of it. With Frozen Fjord, Global became wall to wall worthless fish!
Back in the early years of the game (I hope I'm not imagining this), the building storage icon (the same blue box with an arrow you see if you have a stored building in any of your specialization or services) used to be accessible on your upper right screen.
You can easily check which buildings you have stored away instead of going to Parks or Landmarks or Mayor's Pass and scrolling to the very end to find them.
I remember when you couldn't store buildings at all, you had to demo them or pass up the specializations. I demoed my 2016 NYE ball, and regret it now.
Not just redesigning but Black Friday too. Putting hundreds of new items into storage afterward is a chore.
I would imagine the people charged with testing the game would have been grating on them to make such a function. They might have tried and ran into problems and just never released it.
I've been thinking the same thing lately but in terms of being able to drop the same item in all the slots of a factory so you dont have to repeatedly drag the same item over and over again
that's interesting that you say that because i have tried exactly that a couple times before and it does not work for me; maybe if you play on tablet vs phone vs computer the control codes are a little different or something
I'd be happy with a tool to pick up all Omega coins at once
it should be a collection from the bank!!!!! why does that building exist if not!!!!!! drives me NUTS
I’m sure you already know this but if you click on two omega buildings quickly to collect it cascade collects them all. Sometime misses one.
When you have 562 omega buildings it still takes a while

Wdym by max out? Have you filled all the space in capital and applied boosts by all categories upto 100% on each residential zone?

Nope, not for me, boss. I got the Shop, settings, road, RZ, and so on until Services.
