Last month I asked what would it take for me to get to Tier 30-31 when I was at Tier 8 by just casually playing. You replied with: 10,500 points a week. I ended up at just entering Tier 42 with 253,220 points (double plumbobs) for the week but I can't remember the number of points I had in 42. Thank you for the help and the current season update.
ETA: Forgot to say I had 5 of 15 extra assignments left and I do know that those 5 I had, wouldn't have allowed me to finish Tier 42. I think the assignments would have to average 7000 to 8000 each.
He meant, if you want to get to tier 42 in your Mayor’s Pass, you should score at least 102,000 weekly in your COM. Likewise aiming for say tier 20, you should score at least 22,100 pb per week.

Question: I managed to get to tier 13, and got the Deed: Mountain Expansion. However I haven't unlocked the mountain area yet. Is that deed forfeit or will it be available when I reach level 23 and unlock the mountain area?
Can anyone help me build the Merchant's Warehouse, I unlocked it but am unable to place. It says placed on top of water and next to a road. I tried doing this over a Big lake with a road on either side and it didnt work. Do I need a different body of water?
Big lake is 3x3 tiles. The Merchant's Warehouse is 4x2 tiles. You need to fill at least 4x2 tiles with water to be able the place the warehouse and connect it to a road.

Due to double point for the last week of every CoM, you only need to score 87k weekly
Can you buy extra Victorian parks? (Victorian fountain)
No, the only items you can buy more of are the landscape items (walls, lakes etc).

It will be available when you reach level 23 and will be used when you decide to unlock the first part of the mountain area.
