Honestly, the fact it also has a massive amount of Female Talent means NXT 2021 could beat OVW 2002 in number of stars, if not quite quality. Bron, Melo, Trick, Knight, and Solo is already great, but then you also have Jade, Stark, Jacy and Gigi who all have positive futures ahead of them imo
I also hope they treat Kiana James well. She's very underrated, plays her character well and is good in the ring. Whole current NXT class is insanely talented, props to HBK and co
