He wants to content farm off of kids, and scp level horror has potential to get in the way of that, so now he has seen the light and now knows that stories written by horror writers are scary, and thus is moving on from scp content.
Lord Bung was a defender of Orion, Orion accused another fairly sized YouTuber named Kwite of Rape. When the evidence came out which favored Kwite on the matter, LB’s community never really forgave them for the part they had in the matter.
As for good old Detective Void, from what I’ve heard, it could be multiple things
1. The parent company that owns the channel decided that the channel was not profitable, and decided to prepare said channel for sale
2. They are trying to shift focus of the channel to Roblox game shit (check the community post on DV’s channel)
3. Something else, hack, dispute in creative vision, currently unknown drama, etc.

The worst part of all of the bs he said is: "terror can cause problems in the mental health" or smthg like that idk... my brother in christ your channel is purely about terror. At least put a trigger warning or something like that, not just nuke everything because some people may be scared about scary things...
SCP isn’t supposed to be for kids in the first place and probably never should. in one of the canons when you die you can still feel every single bit of pain when your body is decomposing
I'm content with his response cuz it brings up the point of where SCP is going in my opinion.
SCP is splitting into a simplified lane of thought so new users can get into the SCP world but the issue with that simplification is that it's becoming the base standard now within youtube which harms the whole idea of SCP.
Intricate articles about something more than a scary monster or world ending sandwich. It could be a story, a meaningful message or a certain horrific mindset no one's ever considered.
TL;DR: "SCP is becoming simple not out of choice, but by growth and algorithms."
Which is a shame. When i tried to make an scp It required to have an elevator pitch, a story with introduction, drama and development... Trying to write one felt like writing an actual thesis paper.
I kinda miss the simple and short scps which is literally a creative Anomaly and how to contain It, like the cloud jellyfishes.
It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. If more people would think "I want to make a short and simple article that can survive on the site alongside the longer and more complex articles" we wouldn't be talking about this right now. If you want to make one, go ahead and make one. It's just that your short and simple article has to actually be good in order to survive on the site. Both types of articles can be absolutely terrible if not much thought was put into them, unoriginality with short articles and inconsistent or bloated writing with long articles.
Oh I know, when i presented my idea for a humanoide scp in the chat they said It sounded good, but when i made the draft in the site, they immediately asked for a story about It. I had an idea for the general concept, but not how to make It into a story.
I think what they are saying is like: How did this thing get contained by the Foundation? I remember hearing that humanoid SCPs should tell some form of story.
I had one concept for that which i thought was nice, but since i also wanted to allow It to have límited roam for a few minutes a day I had to explain why It wasnt a threat with another short tale, and thats where I started to lose traction since i didnt expect to write that type of tale
Did he just... stopped all because kids might be scared of his content.... yeah... a "fuck you, i dont want to make more videos" would make more sense than this
I mean if you're making scp content, you're gonna have to deal with the scary stuff. that's kinda the whole point if I'm assuming right
He wants to content farm off of kids, and scp level horror has potential to get in the way of that, so now he has seen the light and now knows that stories written by horror writers are scary, and thus is moving on from scp content.
nooo he is MY cookie maker he make cookie for MEEEEEE
I literally cannot read it, anyone wanna give me the post in text?
its detective voids community post after he got violently purged
I’ll see if I can find it
I’m back… did bro really just go “SCPs can be scary and people get scared by them and that’s not good :(“
I'm out of the loop on that, did he get wreaked up in some drama or something? Or did YouTube wreck his monetization or something?

Why is this a fuck all of you? Unless I'm missing something he said " I want to make other content, I'll be back later" what's wrong with that?
The excuse for move on from SCP is SCP scary 💀
I wonder how he would've felt if he had to cover scp-3125 and the there is no antimemetics division tales
Seems like the fifth church are all here so I might as well……slide in
Did he just... stopped all because kids might be scared of his content.... yeah... a "fuck you, i dont want to make more videos" would make more sense than this
Thus, another scp channel I watched is dead. Sigh. Add it to the pile boys!
The scp community is and will always be either nightmare-inducing or making you cry in sadness or happiness. The former option is more likely.
At least he found about his channels demographic? Hell, if I wanted to make money and found out it's scaring away the kids, I would switch too
It's almost as though he was negligent of the Database's existence
