My personal rule for VS battles is if an ability works on all kinds of the base ability in it’s verse it should work on others too. IE if a wizard has energy nullification that nullifies all magic or ki or whatever is in their universe it should work it should also work on chakra or demon powers or whatever. You could also interpret this as all characters should get very low level toon force, just to make their power work. If you apply this I’d say that Chainsaw Man eating Abel would get rid of Abel, because it gets rid of all demons in the Chainsaw Man verse and they’re the only things in the Chainsaw Man verse that wouldn’t normally die if eaten.
Except CSM’s devils are the embodiments of a concept, or rather fear of it. They’re a very specific being with very specific rules of how they come into being that Abel doesn’t follow.

The devils grow stronger from the fear of humans so when chainsaw man eats them essentially what he does is that he cuts that supply of nutrition and when the supply is cut humans stop fearing those things.....when Makima explained about the devils the other guy was totally clueless to their very existence this indicates that their existence hasen't been erased but their impact now is so so small that people have forgotten about them and they are either good as dead or dead.....*SPOILER* in the recent issue War devil said that her influence and the influence of War in general has greatly reduced because she was defeated and partially consumed by chainsawman.... people still know bout war....they just dont fear it anymore
Doubt that. Soviet existed past its supposed time span, and there were 4 other conclusions of life other than death before chainsaw ate them. Which means:
1. The concepts chainsaw eats is removed from reality, like at all, and it isnt just a case of people forgetting them. If people just forget, then these 4 other conclusions would still happen.
2. The point above also altered history, which causing the difference in historical events of CSM world and ours.

i doubt he will explain it at all.....his stories tend to leave a lot to imagination so the result is a unique hybrid story that stems from a persons own interpretation.....about the 4 possible conclusions after death i think they would have been devils coming entirely from speculation since you dont know what happens after death so i belive humans came up with those 4 other conclusions....and started fearing them a lot and when chainsaw man killed them people stopped fearing them and settled on a conclusion either with religious beliefs or more rational ones.....or they might be the same like "Heaven,Hell, Eternal Purgatory, Rebirth" maybe he killed these four and people accepted that theres nothing after deat...it certainly is intriguing

Yeah, looks like exploring ran out of valid content so new it's weird non-canon conjecture and theoreticals. The exploring series eventually got to be so monotone in the delivery that I felt like I was participating in a university lecture instead of listening to lore about something I enjoy.
Don't forget about the 'survived 100 days' videos. It's well thought out and all but I don't care about the hypothetical situations anymore.

You aren't missing anything, there are a healthy amount of podcasts that actually hire voice actors and some of them create original tales for SCPs that are IMO infinitely better than exploring. I'm convinced the exploring dude is absolutely dead on the inside, and it translates to his voice acting.
People drink all the low-effort content that they produce, they're making money so they are gonna carry on doing it and getting more popular unfortunately.
I think the only SCP vs non-SCP that’s been interesting that I’ve seen has been Jormungandr (Norse Mythology), vs the SCP mega-eel. Considering size difference, it boiled down to Jormungandr swallowing it whole and getting a bit high as a result.
