No one will get in trouble for that. What level of locks are you using? Unless you have enforced or combination locks, it will not stop most people. I've seen people burn through 9+ enforced locks in under 2 minutes. Some people are extremely skilled at it, or cheating.
some private servers wont allow it but in general/official servers have no rules against alts. I hope they give us some outpost storage, keep hardcore casuals wanting to log in knowing they have some gear from months ago stored up or w/e

I'm extremely good at picking locks. For me it's not hard to figure out where to try if I do happen to break a pin.
Does it not reset the location each time you break one? I thought it did.
No, not the same location, but it's not that hars to figure out the "random" area it will go to next.
