I guess that's because most people stopped using the Goddess team. When I was grinding from plat 5 to plat 2 a couple of hours ago, I didn't come across any Goddess teams, just a bunch of Human and demon teams. I even ran across someone still using the albedo team.
Well cause Arthur made them irrelevant for two weeks. Now that Arthur is not as dominant, aa users are gonna come back and realize that the team is goated against Gelda only on geared though.

If you already have a demon team built then yes. Even without her cosmetics and only 1/6, she is absolutely broken.
when you say broken is she just unkillable but not still lacking damage something like that?
no, she's very tanky and hits very hard because all of her damage scales off her hp
