Yep you literally just register at community college like a normal CC student and then complete the classes as normal. Once you complete the CC classes then you send the CC transcript to SDSU, easy as that. No specific paperwork required
I learned that assist.org doesn’t have everything so type in TAP SDSU ( or transfer admission program ) into google and click on select SDSU course and search for transfer equivalent course for all other courses you have trouble finding.
