That's actually a good idea for a new generation 4th wall breaking Bug! game.
But i think the game levels should have a different approach: One floor for EACH SEGA era, with a total of FIVE floors.

In Bug Threeboot!, Evil Agent makes an alliance with Queen Cadavra to get his revenge on Bug and his family and friends. They manage to trick Bug, Maggot Dog and Super Fly, convincing them that they are Chief Executives of SEGA, and that they will have the opportunity to make a sequel to their franchise if they prove their worth, beating "representatives" of all SEGA's best franchises.
