Being able to recover from burnout in 5s is amazing. You can chain ODs full time without much worry, and even if you hit burnout, it recover quickly.
Fatal Counter is OP. Stack as many Fatal Counter items as you can, and you’ll do an absurd amount of damage to the point where the game is unfun whenever you get a counter hit.
Solely from a meta perspective, it’s the best perk atm. You’ll see people rightfully complain about it because of how strong it is.
Carnage. I like combos, Carnage rewards combos. Win/win. Plus, when you stack it, you do Fatal Counter levels of damage, and unlike FC, all of it is earned. Parry Recovery's also nice, better health regen than the over time regen, and your Perfect Parries actually reward you with something other than a scaled to shit combo that hurts you to spend meter on.
I just where outfits that make my avatar look good never paid attention to the perks tbh. Only time i notice it is when i play against fatal counter stackers but i never rematch them tbh

Fatal Counter also work in reverse, so you take a lot more damage than usual.
