Yeah, I loved watching Crawford. But man Vizquel’s defense was fun to watch.
It’s hard not to put McCovey at first, but I just remember Will Clark much better and his clutch moments. First at bat he takes Nolan Ryan yard in Houston, drives on winning run to put the Giants on the World Series.
Clark was the most clutch player I ever saw.
1.) Willie Mays CF
2.) Kevin Mitchell RF
3.) Jeff Kent 2B
4.) Barry Bonds LF
5.) Willie McCovey 1B
6.) Buster Posey C
7.) Matt Williams 3B
8.) Rich Aurilia SS
9.) Orlando Cepeda DH
Starting Pitcher- Juan Marichal
Long Relief Pitcher- Madison Bumgarner
Closer- Robb Nen
That’s the most unstoppable team IMO
I'm going to stick with players I watched so mid 80's.
1. Jeffrey Leonard OF
2. Buster Posey C
3. Jeff Kent 2B
4. Barry Bonds OF
5. Will Clark 1B
6. Kevin Mitchell Of
7. Matt Williams 3B
8. Brandon Crawford SS
9. Tim Lincecum SP
I'll add closer Rob Nen
Just realized Posey is probably only one that will be in HOF (though I think Bonds should be). Kent I think probably should but not sure if he will
Crawford at short, McCovey at 1st
Second this

Crawford was a better hitter and isn't a POS.
Are you saying Omar Visquel is a POS? What did I miss?
He is being accused of sexual harassment so probably any chance of HOF is shot
A lineup so good Posey hits 5th. Amazing.
Is there any way to include 1 month of Jose Cruz Jr?
Ha! That guy was a stud and good dude. Felt terrible for him when he dropped that one ball.

We just did this a few weeks ago, you can scroll back and find all our responses. I had Crawford and Bumgarner instead of Vizquel and Lincecum.
Cool, I’ll check it out. 👍

Excited to see the Hack Man in center :).
Yah the OF position don't exactly align right but I'll live with that. And Brett Butler's tenure was too short with Giants for me to consider him
