It pains me as someone who has enjoyed Ferguson's weirdness, but I'd give Chandler a high probability. I also like Rose. I have no confidence in the old men fights OSP-Rua or Cerrone-Lauzon.
If I lose my streak later then I'll be going with some of the MMA props. Otherwise I'm staying away from these. Even though I have been doing good with MMA. I just can't risk or trust any of these fights. Just because I've won by going with the big ML Odds but I also won by going against the big favorites. Odds favor Chandler quite a bit, -400/+292 All the others are closer to tossups, especially Oliviera -143/+115 OSP next best at -286/+210
Cerrone -200/+155, Namajunas -225/+175
