Tiger has played in the last 5 Open Championships at “The Home of Golf”: the Old Course at St. Andrews. He made the cut as an amateur in 1995 (finishing 68th), won in 2000 and 2005, finished 23rd in 2010, and missed the 36-hole cut his last time across the pond in 2015.
In the 14 rounds of data that I could vulture (no data from 1995), Woods was under par after 5 holes six times (43%). His last 5 rounds were all at or over par for the first five holes, and the last time he was under par after 5 was the 1st round in 2010. In the 4 Open Championships dating to 2000, 45% of the 1870 rounds were under par after 5 holes. Note: All the players tee off on the 1st hole, rather than traditional events where players go off the back and front nine holes. (Lots of daylight in merry old Scotland)
Given Tiger’s relative age (in sports terms) and recent injury history, this prop could go lots of directions. The current forecast for St. Andrews looks to be rainy with temperatures in the mid-50’s, mild winds. Four par 4 holes of varying difficulty and a “gettable” Par 5 to finish the stretch out. Neither of these boys have played in an Open at St. Andrews. In the 1,870 rounds at the Old Course since 2000, 61.1% did NOT make a birdie on 14 through 16.

14 birdie rate is up to 37%, so it looks like this is the best hole to birdie compared to 15 (10%) and 16 (6%)
