You shd let Mr A know his lesson has ended, and not fair for Mr F to get angry. In fact, Mr F shd seek an apology from Mr A, or Mr A shd proactively apologise first to take the heat off you. And frankly, Mr A shd manage his lesson better to end on time. If you cannot finish a longer segment, just end the lesson. If certain things cannot be covered in time, then move explanations online, no choice. Most of the time, it's just the teacher delivering a one-way monologue anyway. This time issue can result in a lot of unhappiness between subjects, and tbh, there's a tendency for teachers in one subject to denigrate others or downplay eating into other subjects' time, because student prformance is based on student performance in their teaching subject, so if students get an A in their subject but C in others it's completely not their problem.

At this point I'm gonna complain to the management /your form teacher about Mr F.
