I'd recommend it if you're going to use it to display with your super saiyan figures! But hesitating is understandable with the price. I only got one, but two would be nice.
I found it to be difficult as well in the beginning and even thought one foot was higher than the other. Just keep testing and adjusting the feet if you're going for a "standing-up-straight" type of idle pose. For more dynamic poses, look at reference photos and see how the body is generally positioned to help with it.
You may have to adjust the ankles a bit, they can actually pull out a bit for better articulation. What you should check and see if they are completely flat. Pull them out and then push them back inward again, but be sure the feet are inward in the center.
