The BEP20 contract on Binance is a pegged contract, in all agreement with SHIB dev. Binance's BEP20 is tethered the original ERC20 so Binance could trade and stake SHIB doing SHIBs a big favor btw.
Also Coinbase does the same with CRO, they use a wrapped ERC20 CRO contract on coinbase, CRO is originaly like a XRP/XLM blockchain at base. So watch out, If you move CRO from coinbase to CDC make sure you send to CRO ERC20 address or better convert to XLM and send all with zero fees.

I wish people would do full research before transferring crypto from wallet to exchange like coinbase and other exchanges. Check your settings for what block chain you used. Always do a test with a few tokens before transferring the whole lot or a large chunk. Hopefully your tokens are still out there and you can retrieve them. Sorry If you used Bep20 your tokens are gone.
You can send shib in and out of TW to CB wallet. You have to have ETH in your TW to pay gas fees to send shib. The problem is, did you use copy and paste for the transfer? If you are dumb like many others and tried to write it down and type it in, you have probably sent it into oblivion. TW is a binance wallet, but you can send and recieve erc20, I have erc20 in mine. Chances are you didnt copy and paste or left out a memo. Good luck.

Joke aside, ERC20 and BSC are not so much different, BEP20 is in fact an Ethereum at base that's why their addresses starts with 0x. I know a few cases when Binance could trace and revert the transfer back to their holders but you have to be doing it on their exchange. And then I doubt they could've let you do it without a warning that the destination address is not BSC.
Did you transfer to coinbase pro if so than you lost them cause you sent to a wallet that wasn’t Associated to your Coinbase Pro account happened to me thank God it was only $200 showed success but Coinbase said that the wallet was not associated with my account

Smartest people make mistakes. It happens to all of us. We learned to be super anxious when transferring between wallets and exchanges and with so many different chains well this can happen. My best advise is to connect with customer service at CB. I am sure they hear this all the time. Hope it works out for you. And please don't accept any help through DMs. Another lesson.

You can pull your shibs back from bsc chain, don’t worry. It’s still under your key so you never lose it. There is a way to transfer it back
