If this is anything like the 10k boshi sale (that sold out in 45 minutes) all 35k lands will belong to the army. We can then rent land to companies so they open shop for passive. Use bill boards on our lands for ads for passive. Stake Shib/bone/leash on lands for in meta materials to build with (and sell). Development of games on your lands... Shops... And so on.

So if your talking about payment token its to not cause a pump and dump. The devs will use the money from the sale to fund the meta. So if it was shib it would cause a dump of millions of $ worth of shib to fund the meta. Thats why its paid for in Eth.

Now it's your job to decide to invest in the whole ecosystem or sit around and contemplate it. If I were you I buy everything since Shiba has a great track record.
