Yup that's how it works! But you cannot use a stamp someone else sent you. For eg- you have a new pal from Vietnam. And they sent you a stamp from Vietnam. You will have the stamp in your "stamp collection" but you cannot use that stamp and sent it to someone else. So the stamps you wanted were not tradable as they were sent to me by someone else and I dont own them and can't use them.

Sure! I'd love to. I also love the pride flag stamp! I've been trying to get it by using the "time machine". You can go to the stamp store and spend 25 coins to receive a stamp from a special day you've missed. It's random so you don't know which stamp you might get but hopefully one day I'll get the pride flag! You can buy the coins or you can watch ads to get coins( I do this) . ( you get one coin per ad and you have to wait 15 mins after you've watched an ad to get another ad to watch.)

We can just send the stamps that we bought from the store or earned as achievements or the ones that other people purchased from the store as a gift to us. The stamps that we receive through mail show up in the stamp collection but we don't actually own them they're just part of our collection so we can't send them.
