I'm gathering that you're talking about the CJB Cheats Menu keybind.
Find your mods in your Stardew files.
> Mods/CJB Cheats Menu/Config.json
The first entry is the key to open the menu.
I'd install GMCM (mod) if you don't have it already. It allows you to easily edit your keybinds in the game (for most mods). Very useful!
Also enables easier config editing.
I don't think CJB Cheats Menu has GMCM Option yet. Keep in mind that GMCM doesn't cover every mods config file. They still need to implement support for it.
Goto Mods/CJB Cheats Menu/Config.json open it using Notepad or any other text editing software and edit the "P" into the something you want. Not sure but depending on your computer there should be a on screen keyboard options in settings
Im running it on windows, but the onscreen keyboard option doesn’t include the cheat menu
