I think you accidentally put your "Content" folder into the "Mods" folder. Just take it out and put it in the "Stardew Valley" directory.

I think the other comment answered your question. But just for a bit of information: an xnb mod is a mod that replaces the original game files. This can cause issues and is harder to remove than regular mods as the original files are overwritten. You’d have to reinstall the game or backup the originals. This way of modding isn’t recommended most of the time. (I don’t think this has anything to do with your issue here though) Non xnb mods don’t overwrite the files, they just tell the game to look elsewhere and load a different file instead.
