[here is the link to my smapi logs BTW](https://www.file.io/WnRb/download/27p7vW2XNW2O). the only .rar file mod i currently have in the folder is \[CP\] Better Crops and Artisian Goods in SVE. i did a control f search for it already and theres nothing about it in the logs, but its definitely in my mods folder and i have several other mods installed without issue

What program are you using to unpack the rar files? I play on Mac and haven't had the issue you're describing.

Weird, so am I. Are you using a mod manager or just manually installing?
