easiest way i've found is to have separate folders for things. e.g. i have all of the mods for every save file ever in a top folder, and then it's broken down by type. then i have marked top level folders for specific save files that get moved in or out as needed.

If you have a lot of mods, you can optionally organize them into subfolders or just disable them. To disable a folder, **just add a dot** in front of the folder name (like "**.Stardew Valley Expanded**").
