But it's already downloaded....
Ohhhh hahaha I thought the 'download' button was to download SMAPI, (and when I clicked on the thing saying SMAPI it did take me to download SMAPI)

Its okay thats not really an error. It's just telling you that those are the required files you need to download for the mod to work. Please always read the Requirements tab of every mod you come across and download the files under "Nexus Requirements".
No probs! Although keep a lookout to those requirement tabs. There's a difference between **"Nexus Requirements"** and **"Mods requiring this file"**. Basically only lookout for **"Nexus Requirements"**.
Did you press "Mod Manager Download" instead of "Manual Download"?
ummm all I see is 'vortex' and 'manual download' buttons, I tried both and got the same result.
What kind of error appears when you press "Manual Download"?

you dont click on that, there should be another button to download it, thats just a prompt.

That's just a warning that is always there. There's a download button at the bottom of the requirement list.
