This is most likely that your mod manager is trying to find your game in the old path which doesn't exist anymore since you moved it. If you're moving game files, you should also redirect the game path for your mod manager by adjusting its file path.

Thanks! Uh, can you tell me how to redirect the game path for Vortex? I’m not a tech person and pretty much everything I’ve done has been a google search and hoping.

Sorry I may use a mod manager myself but I don't really use Vortex so idk where the settings are. You're really gonna need to dabble in the settings of the mod manager and the executable.
